This Refund Policy describes the practices of 42STUDIO PTE. LTD and its affiliates (hereinafter — “Geelark” “we”, “our” or “us”) on how, when, and under what conditions the Customer can return purchased Services. This Refund Policy is integral to the Terms Of Service of Geelark (“Agreement”).

All terms in this Refund Policy are used in the meaning used in the Terms of Service.

The Customer may cancel their account and claim a full refund (excluding any fees) in 14-days period in the following cases:

  1. the unavailability of the Geelark server you purchased and failure to replace it with another;
  2. the failure of connection/access to the purchased IP/server  (subject to contact our support and confirmation of this from the Technical Specialist);
  3. lack of the necessary IP location of a purchased server;
  4. lack of IP location for your chosen purpose of use.

To claim a refund, please send us an email from the email address to which the Customer created the account in the service with the reason for filing a refund and a full number of a bank card or other means of payment from which the Customer paid for the Services.

Refunds are generally processed within 1 business day and are made to the original form of payment used for purchase. All refunds are sent in the original currency of the initial purchase and only to the same bank card or other means of payment with which the Services was paid.

Refunds are made net of all costs for receiving, processing and returning the payment.

The Customer also may claim a replacement of Service/product under the following situation:

If one or more addresses are found by the Customer unworkable for use, we will fix the unworkable IP or replace with available IP addresses after receiving a claim.

We guarantee performance precisely for the purposes that you indicated when buying a Geelark, so if you purchased a Geelark in , for example, for Tiktok and it is absolutely functional and does not work on Instagram, this is not a reason for a replacement.

If the Agreement as a whole is terminated, you will not be able to access your Personal Account and there will be no valid Geelark Services to use. Upon termination of this Agreement, we will terminate all licenses granted herein and you will no longer have access to Geelark Services.
